Judd is very confident in his sales experience and gives the customers suggestions to make the sale of their house more marketable. He researches the housing market and provides a history a sale on your home and presents this data to the customer for a fair market value. He will call and update you on the home bids and provide his professional opinion of which bid fits the customer’s needs. He will go the extra if buyer is interest in sellers home furnishings that might be negotiable!
