Judd was 1 of 3 relators that I asked to come out and talk to us about our house, I was leaning towards a different relator prior to phone calls. From the time Judd showed up within minutes I knew we had our guy. He was open and honest with what his thoughts and realistic about everything. Said he would have it under contract in a week, it happened in 2 days and it was over asking price. On the back end he did more then his job required to get the deal done when settlement issues arose on the buyers side. Couldn’t of asked for a better relator, will be recommended everytime.
