Judd deserves more than 5 stars. He went outside of his typical area to find homes in our desired location and in some cases set up showings same day or next day as we navigated what would be the best fit for us. In this competitive market, he was even able to negotiate seller help on closing costs which was awesome. We’ve had to navigate a unique situation with sellers renting back and he has been involved every step of the way ensuring contracts are honored and we get the best outcome possible. He is super responsive and truly cares about you as the buyer or seller. He will and does fight for and with you.
