Hi, I’m Nikole Brooks — a licensed REALTOR® and the Transaction Coordinator for the Judd Gemmill Group at The Exchange. For the past 3.5 years, I’ve been behind the scenes ensuring that every contract, detail, and deadline is handled with precision and care.

My passion is making the real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both buyers and sellers. From coordinating paperwork and inspections to keeping clients updated at every step, I pride myself on being the steady support system that keeps everything moving seamlessly. My role bridges both the logistical and personal sides of the transaction — and I love helping our clients feel informed, confident, and cared for.

While I’ve built my career around organization and communication, I’m also a licensed agent myself, which gives me a deeper understanding of the full process from both behind the scenes and on the front lines.

Outside of real estate, I coach at Celebrity Cheer and enjoy traveling to competitions with my girls. I also recently got married — so if you’ve known me as Nikole Pitilis, that’s still me!
